1. Booking a stay is tantamount to accepting the regulations.
2. Only registered people are entitled to use the cottage. The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
3. The day starts at 3 p.m on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m on the day of departure.
4. Confirmation of the reservation of the cottage is a payment of a deposit of 500PLN within 5 days from the date of booking to the account:

5. The reminder of the stay must be paid at the time of check-in. The down payment is non-returnable. The onle exception to the refund of the deposit in full is when the service is not performed due to the fault of the host. 
6. Accommodation takes place when the confirmation of the advance payment with a valid ID document are shown.
7. At the time of accommodation a returnable deposit is charged for the duration of the stay in the ammount of 300PLN. 
8. Quiet hours / night silence hours apply on the property.
9. The tenant cannot transfer or make the cottage available to people who are not registered in it. The only exception is when the tenant obtains the consent of the landlord.
10. The houses are handed over to quests for use and handed back to to the landlord upon departure. 
11. The houses are always clean and quests should leave them like that when they leave.
12. The tenant is financially responsible for any damage to the objects / devices of the equipment caused by his fault or the fault of the people visiting during the term of the rental agreement. 
13. Financial compensation for the repair / replecement will be charged according to the cost of the repair and must be paid on the departure day at the latest.
14. No smoking inside the houses. Smoking is only allowed in the open air.
15. The host is not responsible for items left in the house and on its premises. Please close the doors and windows when leaving the house. The parking space at the cottage is unguarded, the owner is not responsible for the loss or damage to the vehicle.
16. Due to wooden structure of the cottage, fire protection rules must be followed. The open fire must not be left unattended. 
17. The host is not responsible for any temporary inconvenience for example: lack of internet power, electricity or television.
18. The host has the right to terminate the concluded contract in the event of a drastic breach of the regulations and to aggressive people without a refund of the previously made payment.
19. The responsibility for the stay of children in the cottage and in the entire facility is on parents or guardians of these children. 
20. There is a playground on the premises. The playground can be used by children up to 12 years old. The host is not responsible for the safety of children. Children may use the playground only in the presence of a parent or guardian who is fully responsible for their health and life. 
21. Outside of the facility there is a Finnish bathtub available to guests 24 hours a day. The customer does not pay any additional price for using the bathtub. 
22. Children up to 18 years of age may use the Finnish bathtub only and exclusively under the care of their parents or guardians who are fully responsible for their safety.
